Mobile Retail Group, in collaboration with the manufacturer of a compact utility vehicle, brought us in to design a versatile backbox solution capable of transforming the vehicle into a mobile food and beverage unit. The design needed to support multiple configurations which included a coffee cart, hot food counter, and mobile bar – offering flexibility for a range of on-the-go hospitality experiences.
